When you think of eating at Walt Disney World Resort, the first things that come to mind are probably Mickey Ice Cream Bars, Mickey Pancakes, eight inch tall cupcakes and lots of fried treats.
In Disney’s Hollywood Studios, I decided to give the ABC Commissary a try. While they do have a large selection of fried foods and cupcakes, I decided to give the salmon and couscous a try. I wasn’t sure about getting fish at a quick service restaurant but I’m happy to report that it was delicious! It also came with broccoli which I gave to my mom (yes, I’m a veggie-phobe). I chopped up the salmon and mixed it in with the couscous and the flavor combo was really great.
We’re heading back for a couple of more trips in the next month and I’ll keep scoping out the healthy options. I hope to have a sequel to this soon with Epcot and Disney’s Animal Kingdom.
