– From Start of Challenge – 2.8 pound gain
– From Highest Weight – 53.4 pound loss
So a loss is good, right? Well, I need to accept that because I’m pretty frustrated.
This week I ate well 95% of the time. Moderate portions, clean/whole foods, no sugar or junk.
The only days I ate off plan were the day before and the day of the Gate River Run. Maybe that was too much?
- Saturday – Ran 9.5 miles (Gate River Run)
- Sunday – Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred
- Monday – Circuit Training – Weights/stairs/abs
- Tuesday – Ran 3.1 miles
- Wednesday – Circuit Training – Weights/stairs/abs /yoga
- Thursday – Rest
Work is starting to level off, with my biggest projects wrapping up. I still have two major projects going on, but so far, I’ve been able to reduce down from 100 mph down to a normal 55 mph. Much more maintainable.
I’m going to try to see the one pound loss as a good thing, but it’s hard and scary to see the scale back above 180. I’m going to be patient for a bit longer and see if the weight training and clean focus on eating will help the scale move down. If I don’t see results in a month, I’m going to start restricting my carbs, closer to the gestational diabetes diet I followed when I was pregnant.

You hopefully have noticed that I have a new look to my site. After a lot of planning, research and pain and cursing, I’ve migrated from blogger to wordpress. I hope you like the new look and functions. I’d love to get feedback about what you like and don’t like and any suggestions for improvement.
